Dental emergencies are never convenient or timely. We are committed to our patients' dental health no matter what time of day or night. If you are experiencing a dental emergency, please call the office immediately.

Your First Visit 

Our commitment for your first visit to our dental office is to work together to create a lifelong relationship with our practice... so we hope to make it easier with the following tips!

Our friendly staff loves welcoming new patients and is looking forward to meeting with you and answer all of your questions that we have not been able to answer here.

 

How long will your first visit take?

Your first appointment with our team will take approximately 90 minutes. Please arrive a few minutes early so we can review your medical dental history form and get familiar with our office.

 

What to expect during your first visit to our dental office:

 

A Review of Your Medical and Dental Care History – During your first visit, we will review your medical and dental care history, as well as any concerns you currently have about your oral health.

 

A Complete Oral Exam with X-rays – Our staff will do a complete oral exam with X-rays to assess the overall health of your smile.

Open Communication & Answers to Your Questions – If there is something specific that you would like to discuss about your oral dental care, please let us know during your first visit. As a patient, you can expect open communication with every member of our dental team.

 

A Full Oral Health Plan – At the end of your first visit, we will prepare recommendations for your total oral health, which will include full oral maintenance as well as the potential of additional dental services that you and your doctor agree upon. We strive to keep all of our patients up to date and educated regarding their dental care to make sure you fully understand all of your dental care options.

 

General Cleaning – You will also receive a general cleaning will be performed to bring your gums back to better health.

 

Dental insurance

Dental insurance is a contract between the patient, their employer and their insurance company. As your dentist, we are here to assist you with calls to your insurance company, in your presence, to determine eligibility and coverage, and to assist with predeterminations as well. We believe an informed patient will utilize their dental benefits to maximize their overall health.

 

Fees

It is the patient's responsibility to pay the fees for their dental procedures. We accept the following methods of payment: MasterCard, Visa, Debit, and Cash. Medicard in office financing is also available.

 

Cancellation

Appointments are scheduled specifically for you and confirmed at time of booking. Our team will try to contact you 2 weeks prior and again 2 days prior to your scheduled appointment as a courtesy reminder. However, it is your ultimate responsibility to arrive on time for the scheduled appointment. We require a minimum of 2 full business days' notice to change or cancel appointments.
